Synopsis: Maebara Keiichi who has recently moved into Hinamizawa, spends his days in school playing games with his local friends. However, he soon discovers a murder that had occurred in Hinamizawa and the town that he thought was quiet quickly became horrifying.
Opinion: At first going into this anime I wasn't too sure because I was never a fan of horror however as I watched more and more I was pulled into to how crazy things actually are. I was confused with how ever few episodes everything returned to normal as if nothing had happened but finally understood it after watching the whole series. So my suggestion is if you want to watch this anime think more of it as short stories in a collection, like those books with a collection of stories packed into one book.
I found your opinion very interesting because I can relate to at first not understanding something but then finally figuring out what happened in the end. I think you can make your synopsis a little longer.
