Synopsis: Arima Kousei has been a prodigy in playing the piano since he was a child. However, when his mother died, he lost his ability to play the piano. His daily life is monochrome and at a stand still until it gains color when he meets a female violinist named Miyazono Kawori. Together, they begin to enter competitions and Kousei's life is able to move forward again.
Opinion: This anime has an amazing soundtrack. Although it contains classical music, the producers put a spin to the music to make it more interesting. The plot is also interesting because it explains how Kousei's life is beginning to develop. We get to see character development and how they move past their own difficulties. The animation is brilliant because the colors used add on to the animation. Overall, the anime was a pleasure to watch.
I like this show a lot; it was sad at times. The show lets a person be open to a new genre of music. It also portrays a character overcoming his fears and moving on from difficulties in his life. I agree that the soundtrack was good.
